Photography Permission - By joining Infinity Gymnastics, you agree for photos/videos of your child to be used, without names, by the club. These photos/videos will be taken in Infinity classes and events and may be posted on our social media, website, or on our notice boards

Direct Debit – This is the easiest way to pay for classes at Infinity Gymnastics. You will receive a link to register your details. Once registered, a DD will be arranged to start from the following month. We will then be able to take a one-time payment for any sessions that are required to be paid ahead of the start date of your DD

Invoice - this will be sent to your email address stated above

I confirm that to the best of my knowledge, I am/my child is physically fit and healthy and am aware of no other information which needs to be considered in advance to ensure that I /they can participate safely in gymnastics activity. I agree for the information I have provided to be used for carrying out risk assessments and reasonable adjustments and understand that the club may contact me if they require any further information

Marketing - you agree to be contacted via text message, WhatsApp and email regarding important information at the club. Please note all newsletters and updates will be sent via email. WhatsApp or message may be used if needed to contact you directly regarding your child’s class/information

Medical - you agree to emergency medical treatment or first aid which in the opinion of a qualified medical practitioner or first aider is necessary. Should such a situation arise; all reasonable steps will be taken to contact an emergency contact, please ensure that your details with us are up to date
