Office Administrator

MAIN TASKS

  • Handle communications with members’ parents or guardians using email; phone and WhatsApp.

  • Process new enquiries and ensure all new members are registered with British Gymnastics.

  • Input details into systems; arrange direct debits on GoCardless and issue invoices in accordance with billing cycles.

  • Deal with other general financial procedures including recording all payments in My Business Works.

  • Additional tasks during preparations for Club Events such as entry fees.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledgeable in the following IT applications:

    • Microsoft Outlook

    • Microsoft Excel

    • Microsoft Word

  • Proven experience in a related role.

  • Aptitude for pro-active problem solving in a team environment.

  • Hours

    • Up to 20 hours per week

    • Hours to include at The Ghyll, Southwater:

      • Mondays 9:30am-3:30pm

      • Wednesdays 9:30am-2:45pm

      • Thursdays 10:00am-2:45pm

      • Afternoon/evening cover if required

      • Other days and times can be flexible and to be discussed at the interview

WAGE

£12.50 per hour
